Getting a photo booth for our annual Summer Bash was a last-minute decision, and I am so glad we found Goodtimes LA Photo Booth! We reached out on a Monday for a party that same Friday, and from the very beginning they were responsive, reasonably priced, and quick to provide all the information we needed. We had a unique request for two different custom graphics, and they were incredibly flexible throughout the design process. They worked with me via text, helping perfect the wording and making sure both graphics turned out exactly how I envisioned them. The final designs were absolutely wonderful and a huge hit at the party. The day before the event, I realized I had accidentally scheduled the photo booth rental to begin at 3:00 PM when the party was actually starting at 2:30 PM. I immediately contacted them, and while they explained they couldn't make any guarantees due to a prior commitment, Erik went above and beyond. He arrived early enough to have everything fully set up before our guests arrived. When Erik got there, he worked directly with my husband to make our decorations fit perfectly within the photo booth frame. As things started blowing around in the wind, he jumped right in to help, offering great ideas and assisting with securing everything. Throughout it all, he maintained such a positive, patient, and upbeat attitude. I truly can't say enough good things about this company. They provided exceptional customer service, took so much stress off my plate, and genuinely cared about making our event successful. We host several parties throughout the year, and Goodtimes LA Photo Booth has officially become our go-to vendor. If you're considering a photo booth for your event, do yourself a favor and book them. Exceeded Expectations for our Birthday & Graduation Celebration! I have incredibly high standards, and Good Times LA Photo Booth completely blew me away from start to finish. We booked them for a combined birthday and graduation party, and they were easily one of the best highlights of the entire event! Their team was highly professional, proactive, and answered every single question I had during planning. They arrived right on time and set up quickly without any issues. The backdrop looked beautiful, and they provided a fantastic variety of fun, high-quality props that our guests loved. Shoutout to Gerardo; he was super patient with all of our guests, kept the energy fun, and made sure everyone got the perfect shot. We loved that our guests could choose to get high-quality physical prints on the spot, have the digital photos sent directly to their phones, or both! The photo quality was stunning, and everyone had an absolute blast. Erik & CeCe are amazing! My sister had a very last-minute request (asked on Tuesday and the party was Friday) to have a photo booth.  I reached out to a couple of companies but Good Times LA Photo Booth was the only vendor that responded quickly and efficiently.  They were knowledgeable and helped guide me through the best package for our needs.  They were prompt with delivery and pick-up and communicated throughout the entire process.
